ANTHONY F. RUSSO, ESQ.
Anthony F. Russo, Esq. is the founding partner of Anthony F. Russo & Associates, P.C.. He earned his law degree from New York Law School and was admitted to practice in 1984. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), National Care Planning Council and Elder Care Matters Alliance.
For 37 years, Mr. Russo has dedicated his professional life to assisting local families protect what they have earned and plan for their future. After leading the estate planning and Medicaid planning divisions as a partner of Russo, Darnell & Lodato, LLP, Mr. Russo founded Anthony F. Russo & Associates, P.C. in 2011 as a family-run elder law practice devoted to the areas of the law most crucial to our senior community: estate planning, Medicaid planning, asset protection, Medicaid applications, estate administration and more.
Highly skilled at explaining complicated elder law topics in an understandable and relatable manner, Mr. Russo has been asked to speak at seminars and workshops throughout Nassau, Suffolk and New York City for our seniors, their families and professionals alike. With over three decades of experience in the field of elder law, Mr. Russo founded and continues to operate the firm with the guiding principal of treating our senior community as we would our own family. This means not only taking the time to explain, in simple terms, the planning options that exist to help clients and their families, but also being available for clients as a trusted advisor to confide in and turn to when needed in the future.

Anthony R. Russo, Esq. is a partner with Anthony F. Russo & Associates, P.C. He earned his law degree and graduated as valedictorian of the class of 2011 from Touro Law Center. He was admitted to practice in 2011 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Anthony serves our clients and their families in all aspects of estate and Medicaid planning, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate the complex laws related to Medicaid eligibility. Anthony has helped hundreds of families plan in advance for potential long term care needs, allowing them to preserve what they have worked so hard to accumulate. Anthony has also helped countless families achieve significant savings while obtaining the care desperately needed in crisis situations – where a client needs care immediately but has done no prior planning.
Having grown up in a family dedicated to the practice of elder law, Anthony continues to help our seniors and their families with their legal needs so they can focus on what is really important – caring for and spending time with their loved ones.

Bryan N. Russo, Esq. is a partner with Anthony F. Russo & Associates, P.C. He also earned his law degree from Touro Law Center and was admitted to practice in 2018. Bryan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
